1. Booking & Payments
All bookings with Take-Us Safaris are subject to these terms. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with full payment due 60 days before departure.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to our cancellation policy.
3. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and health certificates. Take-Us Safaris is not liable for denied entry due to improper documentation.
4. Health & Safety
All participants must declare any medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we deem unfit for the safari activities.
5. Liability
Take-Us Safaris acts only as agent for the various service providers and is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by third parties.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% fee
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
- 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
Cancellation by Take-Us Safaris
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unsafe conditions or insufficient bookings. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or alternative dates.
